Definitions

In these Terms, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "aksi33" / "Platform" / "Site" — refers to the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://aksi33.cam, operated by the aksi33 entity holding the applicable international gaming license.
• "Account" — the individual, registered user account created by a User in accordance with the registration procedure set out in Clause 3.
• "Balance" — the total of deposited funds, credited bonuses (where applicable), and settled winnings held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or other non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account subject to promotional terms.
• "Eligible Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to and use of the aksi33 Platform is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process by which aksi33 confirms a User's identity, age, and residential address in accordance with anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms made available by aksi33 to help Users manage their gambling activity.
• "Services" — all products, games, markets, and functions made available through the aksi33 Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery).
• "User" / "Member" — any natural person who has successfully registered and maintains an Account on the aksi33 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of qualifying bets a User must place before a Bonus or Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

Eligibility

Access to the aksi33 Platform and use of the Services is strictly conditional upon satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. aksi33 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all associated balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of aksi33 is lawful in your location. aksi33 makes no representation that access from any particular jurisdiction is lawful.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.
4. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of aksi33, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily registered for a self-exclusion program on any gambling platform or with any gambling-related authority in a manner that would prohibit your participation on the aksi33 Platform.

Account Registration

To access the Services, you are required to create an Account by completing the aksi33 registration process. By registering, you warrant and represent the following:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and contact number — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will update your Account information promptly if any of the above details change.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You will not share your Account credentials with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account.
• You will not create more than one Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts.

aksi33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and without incurring any liability to the applicant as a result of that decision.

Identity Verification (KYC)

aksi33 is required to verify the identity of all Users before permitting full withdrawal access. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be initiated at any time, including at registration, upon a withdrawal request, or when the Platform determines that verification is necessary for compliance purposes.

You may be required to provide any or all of the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo ID: Your Indonesian National ID (KTP Nasional) — front and back, in a clear, unobstructed image. Passports and driving licenses from other jurisdictions are also accepted.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document displaying your full name and current residential address, dated within the previous three months.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your government-issued ID next to your face in adequate lighting conditions.
• Source of funds: In cases where transaction volumes exceed thresholds set by our compliance team, we may request documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds being deposited.

aksi33 processes KYC submissions within 1–24 hours on business days (WIB). Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawals and suspend Accounts where KYC requirements have not been satisfied within a reasonable period following a request.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. aksi33 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. aksi33 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own fees, for which aksi33 accepts no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. aksi33 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time. All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted during staffed hours (09:00–21:00 WIB) are processed within five minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed as the first priority when staffing resumes.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. aksi33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request that triggers an internal compliance review.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on the aksi33 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Where a payment method processes in a different currency, conversion rates applied by your bank or provider may apply.

Bonuses & Promotions

aksi33 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, and accumulator boost promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published on each individual promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering Requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page and typically range from 5× to 30× the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed on the promotion page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be wagered within the validity period specified on the promotion page. Bonuses that have not been wagered within this period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active at any time. Activating a second bonus before completing the wagering requirement of an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the first bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: aksi33 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting promotions across multiple accounts, or using systematic strategies that undermine the intended promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, aksi33 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to terminate the Account.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible residents of Indonesia and other permitted jurisdictions. aksi33 reserves the right to exclude specific Users or jurisdictions from individual promotions at its sole discretion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the aksi33 Platform are governed by the specific market rules published within the sportsbook interface. aksi33 covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and other competitions. Markets include 1X2, Asian Handicap (voor bola — a handicap betting format widely used across Indonesia), Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets. In the event of a discrepancy between published odds and the correct odds, aksi33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

7.2 Togel. Togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) results are derived from the official published results of the corresponding international lottery pool (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Pools, etc.). aksi33 accepts no responsibility for delays or changes in official draw results caused by the originating lottery authority.

7.3 Live Casino & Slots. All live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live). All RNG-based slot games carry independently certified RTP figures. aksi33 accepts no responsibility for technical failures caused by provider-side outages; affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded where technically verifiable.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface before a bet is confirmed. aksi33 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

7.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome or odds display, aksi33 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the applicable stake. No payouts will be made on bets placed on erroneous odds or game states caused by technical error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aksi33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform, whether using true or false personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with aksi33 support.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform or under any regulatory self-exclusion program.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players, Platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, acting as an agent or broker for other bettors, or accepting funds from others to wager on their behalf.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies across markets in a manner that exploits pricing errors and constitutes bad-faith use of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the aksi33 Platform — including but not limited to the aksi33 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive property of aksi33 or its licensed third-party providers, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of aksi33.

Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by aksi33 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, aksi33 collects personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aksi33, its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical failures;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

aksi33's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Account Termination

12.1 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting aksi33 support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining Balance that is not subject to an active wagering requirement or pending investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines.

12.2 Termination by aksi33. aksi33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage;
• A determination that continued operation of your Account poses an unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to aksi33.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, aksi33 reserves the right to withhold the remaining Balance pending investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will not be returned.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of aksi33's licensing jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between you and aksi33 should first be raised with our customer support team, who will endeavor to resolve the matter within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved at the first-support level, it will be escalated to aksi33's compliance and legal team. aksi33 reserves the right to refer unresolved disputes to the dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.

By using the Platform, you agree that the courts of aksi33's licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, and you irrevocably waive any objection to proceedings being brought in those courts.

Amendments to These Terms

aksi33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and/or sending a notification to your registered email address no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
